• Gate access is logged electronically by keypad entry. Access logs are retained as part of normal facility security records.
• If your account becomes delinquent, we follow all notice and lien procedures required by the Tennessee Self-Service Storage Facility Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-31-101 et seq.), which may require us to share certain information with law enforcement, auction participants, or the courts.

5. Property Leasing — Specific Notice
