- Gate access is logged electronically by keypad entry. Access logs are retained as part of normal facility security records.
- If your account becomes delinquent, we follow all notice and lien procedures required by the Tennessee Self-Service Storage Facility Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-31-101 et seq.), which may require us to share certain information with law enforcement, auction participants, or the courts.
5. Property Leasing — Specific Notice
If you apply for or lease a residential or commercial property from AKB, we may collect information required for tenant screening, including credit reports, rental history, employment verification, and references. This information is used solely for leasing decisions and lease administration.
