Keith Bouldin
Second-generation builder and founder of AKB Inc. and Tri-State Development & Construction Company. Keith grew up in the trade alongside his father, founded AKB Inc., and later brought his father into the business — carrying forward a family reputation for doing the work right across construction, self storage, and real estate.
Under his leadership, AKB Inc. has continued the original operating philosophy set out nearly five decades ago — knowledge, expertise, and the kind of follow-through that turns first-time clients into repeat customers.

Third-generation Bouldin in the business and Vice President of AKB Inc., working alongside Keith across the company's construction, self storage, and property divisions.
Active day-to-day in operations, new development, and the long-term stewardship of the company's portfolio — carrying forward the family's hands-on approach to building, maintaining, and answering for the work, guided by cash-flow discipline and long-hold stewardship.

Keith's father operated in construction and general contracting across Middle Tennessee — the first Bouldin to earn a reputation for doing the work right.
Keith Bouldin founded AKB Inc. and Tri-State Development & Construction Company, later bringing his father into the business. Self storage, retail, and industrial holdings added alongside Anderson Place Apartments.
Adam Bouldin now works in the company alongside Keith. Three active divisions, 400,000+ SF under management, 12+ locations, and 500+ storage units — all operated in-house.
