A separate application is required for each adult occupant (18+).

Animals
Policy: This is a no-pet property. Pets of any kind are not permitted. Assistance animals (service animals and emotional support animals) are not considered pets and are permitted as a reasonable accommodation under the federal Fair Housing Act. Assistance animals are not subject to pet fees, pet deposits, or breed/weight restrictions. Supporting documentation may be requested where the disability or disability-related need is not readily apparent.

I authorize AKB Inc. and its agents to investigate and verify all information provided, including credit history, rental history, employment, banking references, and criminal background. I authorize current and previous landlords, employers, banks, and references to release any information requested for this purpose.

I understand this application is part of the lease agreement and that any earnest money, application fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and stated rules and regulations are binding. Acceptance is subject to owner approval and execution of a lease.
